Rebecca’s Therapy Approach: “As a compassionate and trained listener, I partner with people to explore new perspectives and tolls for approaching life that will guide and strengthen them through their struggles. I integrate therapeutic strategies to meet people where they are at & identify the path toward solutions. Through a trusting relationship, I help people process the experiences that shape their current responses to life and become more able to move toward healing and growth.”
