Pamela “Pam” Schinigoi, MSW, LGSW

Location: Burnsville

Pamela (Pam) received her Masters degree at the University of St. Thomas in Clinical Social Work. She received her BA in Psychology from Metropolitan State University with a minor in Gender Studies.

Pam has 4+ years of mental health experience prior to working for MidWest Center. Her background includes outpatient therapy practice at Southbridge Counseling, domestic abuse education at B. Robert Lewis House, and ARMHS (Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services) practice providing mental health services in the community.

Pam is a member of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW)

She enjoys working with adolescents, adults, couples, and groups.

Pam’s Approach: “I believe that building a solid client-therapist partnership is key to developing the safety and trust needed to overcome challenges in all facets of life. In therapy I incorporate that philosophy with strengths, systems, and solutions-focused perspectives and DBT, CBT, Psychodynamic, and mindfulness approaches customized to meet the unique needs of each client.
