Pam’s Approach: “I believe that building a solid client-therapist partnership is key to developing the safety and trust needed to overcome challenges in all facets of life. In therapy I incorporate that philosophy with strengths, systems, and solutions-focused perspectives and DBT, CBT, Psychodynamic, and mindfulness approaches customized to meet the unique needs of each client. As a lifelong learner, I believe we’re all on this journey of life together and am honored to be part of your journey.”
