Mary Ann’s Therapy Approach: “We as humans make meaning out of thoughts and emotions that affect our perceptions and often increase our suffering. Mindfulness Cognitive Therapy can allow space for awareness, acceptance and change. I try to provide a safe environment for people to find their wisdom and courage to grow to what is true and realtor them in this time and space. I utilize multiple psychological approaches appropriate to the individual’s needs though most have a component of mindful awareness in order to encourage compassion for self, and skills for developing curiosity about successfully inhabiting this human experience.”
