Kristy Costello, MA, LPCC

Kristy went to Capella University where she earned her Master’s in Counseling. She has 11+ years of experience in mental health. Prior to joining our staff, she gained valuable experience in a variety of settings such as in adult rehabilitative mental health services, in-home crisis  intervention, applied behavior analysis, at-risk youth/play therapy, and working in community mental health and case management. Before transitioning to the mental health field, Kristy worked in special education, post-secondary education, and was a Network Support Analyst. Kristy enjoys working with adolescents and adults on an individual level.

Kristy’s Therapy Approach: “I utilize a holistic approach, often using creative techniques unique to the individual and their interests, including imagery, relaxation, art, psycho-education and mindfulness based stress reduction.”
