Kathy is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with 12 years of experience in the Mental Health field. She graduated from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota with her Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy. Her previous experiences include Secure Base Counseling Center and Water’s Edge Counseling and Healing Center. Kathy currently sees clients virtually via a HIPAA compliant platform and enjoys working with adults, couples and families.
Kathy’s Therapy Approach: “I use a relational, person-centered approach to create a warm, non-judgmental environment in which clients can process, heal, and grow. I work with adults, couples, and families and have special interest in Stress, Depression, Anxiety, Life Transitions, Grief, Early Relational Trauma, Parenting Concerns, Family Conflict, and Relationship Issues.
