Jesse Kardong, MA, LMFT

Location:  St. Paul and Lake Elmo

Jesse has 10+ years of experience working with children, adolescents, and parents. He graduated from the University of St. Thomas with his Master’s in Counseling- Psychology and with a certificate in Family Psychology. Prior to working in the mental health field, Jesse spent 9 years as a licensed teacher. Before coming to MidWest Center, he worked with David Hoy and Associates, Northeast Young and Family Services, and The Bridge for Youth. His clinical interests include: anxiety disorders, obsessive compulsive disorders, and behavior disorders. Jesse works with Children ages 6 and older and Adolescents and Adults. He enjoys working with individuals, couples and families.

Jesse’s Therapy Approach:  “My approach is to listen, first and foremost, then work collaboratively with clients and families to identify strengths, learn new strategies, and arrive at a practical solution.”
