Kari Droubie, Director of Clinic Operations
Location: St Paul
Kari joined MWC in 1999 while finishing her degree at the University of Minnesota. She spent her first 5 years at MidWest Center learning various administrative roles before becoming the Office Manager. Prior to MidWest, Kari wore many hats during her time at a family owned electronics and furniture retailer where she gained valuable customer service experience. She also worked with a community involvement project with the University of Minnesota. In her spare time, Kari enjoys reading, scrapbooking, spending time with friends and family, attending car shows, boating, and watching movies with her husband.

Catherine Mollner, MA, LP, SEP & Clinical Director
Location: St Paul
Catherine earned her Master’s at St Mary’s College Graduate Center. She has 25+ years of experience in mental health. She is the Clinical Director at MidWest Center and facilitator for our Post Induction Therapy program including offering The Healing Journey. Her clinical practice is at Mollner Mental Health. Catherine is a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, having earned a certificate from the Somatic Experiencing Trauma Institute. She is trained in Dynamic Attachment Re-patterning experience and is a DARe Practitioner. She holds a level one certificate in Relational Empowerment Therapy from the Relational Life Institute in Boston and has received extensive training in Post Induction Therapy (the Meadows Model of personal healing). She incorporates her training in these therapy models to guide others through corrective experiences to alleviate suffering, and gain more personal and relational satisfaction. She works with adolescents and adults individually as well as working with couples.

Molly Kehr, MA LMFT & Director of Business Development
Locations: Burnsville & St Paul
Molly earned her Master’s Degree from Saint Mary’s University and has 10+ years of experience in mental health. She serves as a clinician and is also our Director of Business Development. Prior to MidWest Center, she worked in an outpatient clinic where she was a provider as well as the Compliance Director. Also, she has experience in an Adolescent DBT Day Treatment Program. Molly enjoys working with adolescents and adults individually as well as families.

Tim Quesnell, Management Team
Location: Off Site
Tim began working at MidWest Center in 1989. He is a consultant at Healthcare Management Resources while also serving on MidWest Center’s Management team. He also manages and consults with other mental health groups and providers in the community. In Tim’s spare time, he enjoys doing activities with his family, triathlons, and home projects.
Why Tim enjoys working for MidWest Center: “I enjoy working with people who are committed to helping our clients. I receive positive comments almost everyday about how someone on our staff, clinical and administrative alike, has done something great to help someone.”

Wanda Thompson, Intake Coordinator
Location: St Paul
Wanda has been with MidWest Center since 2005. Prior to joining our team, she worked for various chiropractic offices and gained valuable healthcare experience working for a counseling clinic for 8 years as the receptionist and intake coordinator. In Wanda’s spare time, she enjoys walking, taking road trips, reading, and going out with friends!
Why Wanda enjoys working at MidWest Center: “I love the people that I work with and the work is very interesting. There is something new every day to figure out and to do.”

Gina Granda, Credentialing Specialist
Location: St Paul
Gina has been with MidWest Center since 2000. Prior to joining the staff, she gained healthcare experience working as an office assistant at the Counseling Clinic in Brooklyn Center and for Healthcare Billing Resources before relocating to the St Paul location as the credentialing specialist. In Gina’s spare time, she enjoys polka dancing and spending time with her 6 grandchildren.

Cameron Peshon, Intake Specialist
Location: St. Paul
Cameron started at MidWest Center in 2021. Previously to joining our team he held roles as a Behavioral Aide at Fernbrook Family Center and assisted the UW Orthopedic and Physical Therapy staff with scheduling. When Cameron is not working, he enjoys long distance running, basketball, various video games and socializing with friends and family.
Why Cameron enjoys working with Midwest Center: “Being able to be part of the a clients therapy journey from the start.”

Lynn Marx, Billing Specialist
Location: Off-Site
Lynn has been a MidWest Center’s Billing Specialist since 1990. She works for our off-site billing service called Healthcare Billing Resources. Prior to joining Healthcare Billing Resources, she gained healthcare experience working at St Anthony Mental Health Clinic, Kiel Clinic, and St Paul Internists. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, walking, shopping, and spending time with her grandkids.

Sherrie Matson, Billing Specialist
Location: Off Site
Sherri has been a MidWest Center Billing Specialist since 2006. Prior to joining the team, she gained experience in the healthcare field working with an Surgical Specialty Group and as an office manager for an ENT Group. In her spare time, she enjoys gardening, camping, and reading.
