Adolescent Group Psychotherapy
This group is an ongoing adolescent psychotherapy group that focuses on promoting mental health by addressing mood issues, self-esteem, assertiveness, healthy boundaries, conflict resolution, relationship struggles, and positive coping skills. The group is for adolescent females from 15-18 years old (still in high school).
This group is facilitated by Amanda Hengtgen, LMFT
This group meets every Monday at the White Bear Lake office. 7:00-7:50 p.m.
A second group will begin in September and will meet Thursdays at 7:00-7:50 p.m.

Children in Change (for kids in grades 2-5)
When there is a significant change in family life, children can often feel alone, isolated, or a sense of anger, fear, or shame. This 10-week therapeutic group is led by licensed therapists. It will help children in grades 2-5 express their feelings, develop healthy coping skills, and feel empowered to control certain things in their life. The group offers supportive and age-appropriate discussion and activities to children experiencing family change through separation/divorce, birth of a sibling, new step family, family illness, change in residence, and more.
This group is facilitated by Delores Dinzeo, MA, LP and Mary Vidovic, MSW, LICSW at our White Bear Lake office.

General Men's Therapy Group
This is an ongoing weekly therapy group for men who wish to address problems with mood, relationships, stressful life situations and the impact of family of origin in current life experiences.
The group is facilitated by Bryan Kingsriter, LMFT, LICSW, and requires an individual assessment and a minimum ten week commitment. In some cases this group may be covered by insurance, otherwise the fee is $60.00 per session.
Parenting Class
Mary Jo Faustgen is offering a two session Parenting Class for parents of all ages interested in learning how to work together as a family.

Breaking the Patterns of Depression
This is a six-session class for people with depression and/or anxiety. It can help you:
- Feel more control over anxiety and depression
- Learn how to "think straight" by identifying and correcting errors in thinking
- Learn how to manage situations skillfully by diminishing unsuccessful behaviors and increasing effective behaviors
- Develop skills to better manage relationships with others
- Decrease your perception of being at constant risk for harm
This group is facilitated by Annette Jacob, MSW, LICSW and requires a six week commitment.

Anger Management Education and Therapy Group
This group provides an opportunity to learn how to identify hidden feelings, assess your anger style, change negative pattern and choose positive ways of expressing anger in an interactive setting.
The group is facilitated by Mary Jo Faustgen, MA, LMFT and is four sessions long. A pre-screening interview is required.

Personal Transformation Through Skill Building
The purpose of this therapy group is to help the individual acquire the skills needed to live more consciously and effectively and to feel more in control of his or her responses to what life presents.
This group is facilitated by Jean Harley, MA, LP, at our Woodbury location and is based on Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS). A pre-screening interview is required. The group runs for 8 weeks.
